A booking is only confirmed once an advance payment is received. Oral or written inquiries without payment do not guarantee a slot reservation.
The total package amount must be cleared as per the agreed schedule. Usually, a 30% advance is required to book, and the remaining 70% is due on the first day of the event. In the case of outstation events, you are required to pay the full traveling charges in advance.
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the proximity to the event date.
Standard delivery time for edited images is 2-4 weeks, and for cinematic videos, it is 6-8 weeks from the date of the event. Rush delivery can be requested at an extra cost.
AM Productions reserves the right to upload selected signature work to its portfolio for promotional purposes. However, upon the client’s request, AM Productions will not upload the content. In cases of late payment or non-payment, AM Productions reserves the right to publish the content on social media.
The studio reserves the right to use the captured media for self-promotion, including website portfolio and social media, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing (Private Coverage package).
